"Introducing Essex County Cellaring! Building on Alfalfa Farms Incredible history, we’re excited to bring a new experience to the north shore. This will include a winery, craft brewery, and distillery. The property will also offer a wedding venue. Demolition is almost complete and then we will begin building the future at alfalfa. We’ll preserve the historical silos, main winery and carriage house. There are currently no plans for the carriage house but we are connecting with local restauranteurs and chefs to plan the future. Our goal is to provide a canvas for hyper local offerings integrating agricultural educational programs and collaborating with the town of Topsfield and other neighboring communities.. Our current target for opening is late this spring. We’ll provide updates along the way. We are looking for a Vitner, distiller, GM and any creative ideas you’d like to unleash on us." - @essexcountybrewing
